Why "Wishing Wellness"?

For my first blog post, I'd like to explain why my business is called Wishing Wellness (and basically reiterate the section on the site with the same name).
Recently in Dr. Mercola's newsletter, there was an article about how people should avoid the word 'wish". The article suggests 'wish' is a word without commitment. It's inactive and self-deceptive.
